If you follow my blog, you know that I am always looking to try the newest, hottest weight loss supplements, and it seems like just when I think I’ve tried them all, a new one comes out. The latest one I heard about was Green Coffee Bean Extract and supposedly it is able to double weight loss, so I really wanted to see if it lived up to the hype.
How it works
I did some research about how Green Coffee Beans are supposed to work, I thought it was the caffeine, but apparently the active ingredient is something called Chlorogenic Acid. In the recent clinical studies that showed that it worked, they used a Green Coffee Bean with a concentration of 45% Chlorogenic Acid, so I wanted to find one that was at least that strong. The Whole Body Research brand of GCE is 50%, which is the highest level I could find. I just wanted to make sure it was going to be strong enough to actually work!
The reason why I’ve been freaking out about my weight recently is because I’m coming up on my 10-year wedding anniversary and my husband and I decided to renew our vows. Well, about a month and a half ago I tried on my wedding dress– well, I TRIED to try on my wedding dress. There was no way it was going to fit. It made me so sad I cried for like an hour. That’s when I started looking at weight loss supplements and that’s how I found this one by Whole Body Research.
Well, I’ve been taking the Whole Body Research Green Coffee Bean Extract for about 4 weeks now (the first bottle is almost empty) and it seems to be working great. Just the other day one of my co-workers commented on how good I was looking and my husband even asked me what was different and if I “changed something”. I haven’t told him about the Green Coffee. I guess it can be my little secret.
I’m not quite where I need to be to fit into my wedding dress– I might have to have it let out a little bit– but I’ve definitely made some progress. Enough that people are randomly asking me what’s different, so I’d say that’s pretty effective!
Would I recommend?
If you’ve been looking for a weight loss supplement or you’re trying to decide which Green Coffee Extract to buy, the one I’ve been using by Whole Body Research has been working fantastically for me and it’s a great, high-quality supplement that is also completely pure and natural. They even use gluten-free, soy-free, vegan capsules instead of gelcaps, so that’s a definite plus for anyone that is a vegan or vegetarian like me or has a soy or gluten allergy. The company also seems like a good company because they’ve been sending me health newsletters that have been full of really helpful tips.
